Jason Dion Joins Standard Heating, Cooling, and Insulating to Lead Capital District Operations & Sales 

Albany, N.Y. — Standard Heating, Cooling & Insulating, a leading home services company serving the Mohawk Valley and Capital Region of New York, is excited to announce the appointment of Jason Dion as the senior director of operations and sales for the Capital District branch. Dion brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team, having spent over two decades dedicated to advancing the home services industry in the Northeast. 

In this role, Jason will be responsible for expanding the service area of Standard from the Mohawk Valley to the Capital Region. This includes driving the adoption of heat pump technology, residential electrification, and proper building insulation and comfort. He looks to establish Standard as being the leading NYSERDA contractor for delivering the benefits of the EmPower+SM program to the Capital Region. 

With over 20 years of experience in construction, residential electrification, home performance, HVAC design, and project management, Jason Dion is a results-driven leader who strives for operational excellence and innovation. He has demonstrated excellence in managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and quality control. Certified through the Project Management Institute as a Project Manager, Dion has extensive experience in driving building energy reduction initiatives, implementing sustainable practices, and achieving optimal energy performance.
