Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, experienced individual to join our team here at Standard as an IT Support Analyst. This role will provide IT support to on-site employees in all our locations and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues and monitoring our network systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Technical Support: Identify and communicate critical issues clearly by adhering to the escalation process. Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues for end-users through phone, email and chat
- Provide support for Dynamics 365, identifying, troubleshooting and escalating critical issues in collaboration with third-party vendors
- Serve as the IT contact for external vendors, managing escalations, tracking progress and ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Manager user accounts and permissions: assist with user onboarding, offboarding and access control
- Contribute to internal projects: participate in development projects aimed at improving internal tools, workflows and automation
- Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve technical issues promptly
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure components such as servers and storage systems
- Install, modify, clean and repair computer hardware and software
- Provide support for business end users
Competencies
- Associate’s degree in an appropriate field is highly desirable; experience may be substituted for degree requirements
- 1-3 years in a general business environment
- Familiarity with business applications, particularly with Dynamics 365 and Office 365
- Strong organizational skills: proven ability to manage time and priorities, ability to manage schedules and tasks with attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Have a strong desire for service excellence, professional conduct and continuous improvement
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid relations
- Motivated and enthusiastic team player driven to provide superior service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite of tools and applications
Compensation
Salary range: $60,000 – $65,000
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Standard reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
